Returns and Cancellations

Returns

We will only accept returns if we have supplied the incorrect product or the product is damaged upon arrival or tainted. Since the product is normally for trade, there are no tamper-evident seals which means that we cannot take back an incorrectly ordered tub due to the risk of potentially malicious contamination. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery and notification can be made by telephone, fax or email. The goods must be kept at a frozen temperature for us to be able to examine the contents in the condition they arrived when picked up or exchanged.

Cancellation

We need to be informed by 7am of the day of delivery should cancellation be required. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee if this has not happened and it is done during the day but the value of the goods will be returned in full less any fee (maximum £10).
